Heavy Duty Connector Inserts

The Heavy Duty Connector is a new type of connector, which is specially designed to build a robust Ethernet connection in harsh environments. International advancements in structural design and material use make the connector outstanding in electrical performance. The reliability of the electrical connection system is unattainable with traditional connection methods, and is tougher, stronger and more resistant than previous connectors.

The connectors are made of flame-retardant materials of class VO, conforming to UL94 VO. However, with the special treatment of PPS, they can withstand external temperatures of up to 180°C.

But after the use of PPS special treatment it can withstand outside temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius. Different connectors and their conductive terminals using the wiring method is roughly:
