Originally known as MIL-C-38999, MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors are environmentally resistant circular connectors with removable crimp contacts and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. The standard includes four series: Series I, II, III, and IV.

  • Series I: Bayonet coupling, scoop-proof design, and high vibration resistance for harsh environments.
  • Series II: Lightweight, low-profile bayonet connectors for space-limited and low-vibration applications.
  • Series III: Tri-start threaded coupling, scoop-proof construction, and excellent performance in high-temperature, moisture, and aerospace applications.
